Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring community buildings, grounds, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include diagnosing resident requests, completing make-ready inspections, coordinating vendors, maintaining tools, and supporting safety compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities operations.
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues across building systems.
• Experience coordinating vendors and completing make-ready tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units, common areas, and grounds per policies and safety standards.
• Oversee and complete make-ready processes for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling contractors.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools, and work with management to stay within budget.
