Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all on-site maintenance operations at a Nashville community. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff, ensuring safety and high-quality work across units and common areas.

Collaborate with the Community Manager to supervise vendors, track inventory and budgets, and conduct inspections. A High School Diploma plus EPA/CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community maintenance operations and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and systems daily for safety and compliance; manage repairs and replacements.
• Plan and manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relations for preventive maintenance.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and compliance with EPA/OSHA standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and support make-ready and turnover activities.
