Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations for the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor oversight. The role partners with the Community Manager to supervise staff and ensure high standards of safety and service for residents.

Candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Management and supervision of staff.
Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily.
Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce repairs.
Monitor safety standards and OSHA guidelines; ensure compliance.
On-call emergency coverage at the community as needed.
Plan for and utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
Provide direction to maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities.
Maintain accurate records for service requests and inspections.
