Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Houston, TX to lead the property’s upkeep and ensure resident satisfaction. You will coordinate turns, supervise staff, and perform essential repairs while maintaining safety and budgets.

Responsibilities include ensuring EPA compliance, training team members, and maintaining records, pools, and common areas. The role requires on-call hours, travel for training, and strong communication with residents and management.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient service calls per the service policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule all apartment turns and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas including cleaning, pool/jacuzzi, and outdoor spaces.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assist in vendor selection and budgeting.
• Keep accurate property records and support preventive maintenance program.
