Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC seeks a proactive Maintenance Supervisor in Dallas, TX to oversee the property's upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction while upholding the company’s service standards. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate vendor work, schedule apartment turns, implement preventive maintenance, and train team members.

You will ensure EPA compliance and Fair Housing adherence while maintaining clean, safe common areas and functioning systems.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of property including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliances.
• Schedule apartment turns and manage preventive maintenance.
• Train maintenance staff and supervise vendor work.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and safety standards.
• Maintain records, logs, and inspections.
• Ensure EPA compliance and Fair Housing adherence.
