ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Katy, TX to support the property’s upkeep and residents. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and offers growth toward a Maintenance Supervisor position.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs, turnover tasks, and safety compliance, with a focus on timely, professional service. You’ll work on-site, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain inventory while communicating clearly with residents.

Formación

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents.
• Willing to work on-call hours.

Responsabilidades

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and other tasks as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in 3–5 business days with turnover checklist completion.
• Maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, etc.).
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters, and related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance programs for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of equipment and structures in scope.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and observe all safety rules.
