Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Richardson, TX to oversee property maintenance, manage turn schedules, and ensure EPA and safety compliance. You will lead maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and uphold the quality and aesthetics of the property.

You will contribute to preventive maintenance, safety, and budget adherence while delivering exceptional resident service and supporting the Property Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver''s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service calls per policy.
• Schedule apartment turns and turn vacant units within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and pool/jacuzzi facilities.
