Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Service Supervisor for our Five & Main community in Commerce Township, MI. You will oversee maintenance operations, ensure top-notch resident service, and drive curb appeal while coordinating with the Community Manager to meet budget and safety goals.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, supervising a team, and optimizing daily work orders with smart tech tools for efficient property management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance supervision.
• EPA and CPO certifications are required.
• Experience across HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry and dryers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
• Diagnose and repair a range of maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Perform grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, and snow removal as needed.
• Use work order software and apps to manage tasks efficiently.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team and manage vendor partnerships.
