Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Must provide own hand tools and safe use of tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders and routine maintenance around the community.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Periodically inspect work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Assist Community Manager with budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
