Job summary

Peak Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our properties in top condition and deliver excellent resident service. You will supervise maintenance staff, plan daily work orders, and ensure safety and quality across communities nationwide.

The role requires hands-on maintenance knowledge, leadership, and ability to coordinate with the Community Manager. A valid driver’s license and English communication are essential; HVAC familiarity with a 90-day certification goal is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience typically in multifamily housing.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with residents and staff.
• HVAC basics and certification timeline within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with staffing and performance management.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance work across communities.
• Maintain safe, clean common areas and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pools, parking lots, exteriors, etc.
• Recommend capital improvements and supervise safety training per OSHA guidelines.
