Job summary

Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Memphis, TN. You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure high-quality upkeep of communities, and deliver responsive service to residents while operating within budget.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, leadership abilities, and knowledge of HVAC systems. A valid driver’s license is required to manage multiple properties and respond to after-hours needs as required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in multi-family properties.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach staff.
• Basic HVAC knowledge with intent to obtain CFC within 90 days.
• 1 year as Maintenance Supervisor or 3 years as Technician.
• Valid driver’s license and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with hiring and staffing decisions as directed by leadership.
• Teach skills to staff members.
• Schedule work and assign tasks.
• Maintain a safe working environment on property.
• Ensure common areas are safe, in repair and clean.
• Perform preventive maintenance for pools, parking lots, and building exteriors.
• Provide capital improvement recommendations.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Visit competing properties to inspect maintenance quality.
• Order parts as needed to repair the community.
• Educate staff on safe working conditions and OSHA guidelines.
