Job summary

Greystar in Cypress, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work ensuring the community meets high standards of cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

You will manage work orders, coordinate make-ready tasks, inspections of vendors, stock parts, and support the budget while maintaining safety compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal HVAC certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively about policies.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from residents and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units, schedules vendors, inspects work.
• Maintains inventory and orders supplies within budget guidelines.
• Conducts safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
• Supports budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
