Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Cypress, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

You will handle work orders, make-ready inspections, manage tools and supplies, and support safety and budget initiatives while delivering responsive service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade.
• Own hand tools must be provided (where allowed by state law).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to represent company management.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing issues and repairing per safety standards.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
