Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Cypress Heights in Cypress, TX. The role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities up to Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, coordinating make-ready tasks for move-ins, inspecting for quality, managing supplies within budget, and upholding safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders from residents and routine upkeep.
• Oversee make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order supplies within budget.
• Support safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MSDS.
• Provide excellent resident service and respond to inquiries promptly.
