Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and unit readiness.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local regulations.
• Inspect property for safety, cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Maintain maintenance costs within the property budget.
