Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance professional to oversee daily upkeep and curb appeal across our properties. You will supervise staff, coordinate preventative maintenance, and manage contractor work while maintaining detailed records and ensuring safety standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in upkeep, basic math and communication skills, and a preference for HVAC/EPA certification. Occasional after-hours support and outdoor work are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or property upkeep experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math for rates, ratios and percentages.
• MS Outlook experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds daily.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, snow removal and common areas.
• Supervise contractors and ensure work quality.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain maintenance records and tool inventory.
