Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee curb appeal, daily maintenance, and staff on site. You will inspect grounds each morning, manage repairs in vacant units, and supervise contractors to ensure timely completion.

The role requires basic math, strong organization, and basic MS Outlook skills. The position emphasizes preventive maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and keeping detailed records.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• HVAC/EPA Certification Preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple statements.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide; interpret ratios and percentages.

Aufgaben

• Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure they stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete all maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and conduct preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping, trees and lawn; perform snow removal.
• Supervise contractors and provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Maintain records for common areas and units and keep tools and parts in working condition.
