Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold property upkeep, deliver reliable customer service, and represent the company professionally at all times. You will perform preventive maintenance, handle repairs, and coordinate with contractors to keep communities safe and well-maintained.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of maintenance experience, and basic computer skills. An HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance experience required.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred; basic MS Outlook/MS Word skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses to stay below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turn and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Complete preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas.
• Snow removal of sidewalks as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance performed.
• Provide emergency resident support after hours.
• Conduct quarterly unit inspections.
