Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a maintenance technician to provide on-site property maintenance and excellent customer service. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair tasks, and ensure properties are presented professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of maintenance-related experience is preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain schedules.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors and provide after-hours support.
