Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide on-site maintenance at our properties. You will perform a variety of repairs, conduct daily grounds inspections, and ensure a professional impression of the company at all times.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, unit turnouts, landscaping, snow removal, and coordination with contractors. Some after-hours emergency support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds every morning.
• Prepare units for occupancy and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal as needed.
• Supervise contractors and provide emergency resident support after hours.
