Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide maintenance services at our properties. You will deliver customer service and present the company professionally at all times.

The role involves monitoring expenses, daily grounds inspections, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance. The position requires physical capability and basic computer skills, with HVAC/EPA certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Proficient math: add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s and 100s.
• Able to follow detailed written or oral instructions with common sense.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them under budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform turn maintenance.
• Complete all maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and perform snow removal when needed.
• Keep records of maintenance performed and tools used.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
