Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Makes vacant apartments ready for occupancy per policy, aiming for up to five days on average.
• On-call status 24/7 for emergency situations.
• Ensures contractor work is accurate and cost-effective.
• Receives and completes service requests promptly per policy.
• Maintains curb appeal and grounds to standards.
• Implements an effective preventive maintenance program.
