• General knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Must know how to use safety devices, including safety belts and glasses and lock-out systems
• Must attend required training

Responsibilities

• Maintains the property and common areas to protect value of the asset.
• Makes vacant apartments ready for occupancy and manages on-site make-ready processes.
• Assists site management with maintenance requests and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensures safety standards and compliance with company policies across all tasks.
