• Must attend required training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy per policy, completing readying in ≤5 days.
• Maintain 24-hour on-call status for emergencies.
• Oversee contractor work to ensure cost effectiveness.
• Receive and complete service requests promptly.
• Ensure high curb appeal and daily property walk-throughs to remove hazards.
• Maintain grounds and inventory; advise site manager on variances.
• Perform preventive maintenance and annual inspections as scheduled.
