Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years’ related experience.
• HVAC certification preferred; CAMT recommended; Fair Housing cert within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Respond promptly to resident work order requests and notify management upon completion.
• Maintain daily upkeep of the community and perform routine maintenance on vacant units.
