Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Manager in the Miami area to oversee maintenance across one or more communities. The role leads a service team, coordinates preventive maintenance, and ensures safety standards, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence.

The position requires HVAC certification and prior multi-family housing experience, with strong supervision and vendor management capabilities. Competitive compensation is offered along with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• CAMT and CPO preferred.
• Experience in multi-family housing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Routinely inspect community grounds and buildings to ensure safety standards and identify maintenance projects.
• Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools.
• Oversee work of internal and external vendors and maintenance service suppliers.
• Assist in creating schedules for Service Technicians, Housekeepers, Porters, and Groundskeepers.
• Respond to resident requests in a timely manner, delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, service requests and progress.
