Qualifications

• 1–3 years of property maintenance, handyman work, or related field.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances repairs; certifications a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Comfort using work order systems or mobile apps.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and responsibility.
• Customer-focused and professional in resident interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the Fix-It Pro: handle repairs from plumbing and electrical to HVAC and appliance maintenance.
• Keep it Pretty: complete painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Tackle Emergencies: respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, on-call rotation.
• Stay Ahead: perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Collaborate: work with property management to prioritize repairs and plan large projects.
• Wow Residents: deliver customer service by addressing maintenance concerns quickly and professionally.
