Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing leaks, replace light fixtures/ballasts, adjust doors/locks, and handle basic carpentry tasks.
• Paint, trim installation, and wall repairs to keep corporate spaces professional.
• Assist in supervising external contractors for major repairs.
• Seasonal maintenance tasks for residential properties, including gutters and irrigation prep.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working in private residences.
• Diagnose building issues and decide if fixes can be done in-house or require a specialist.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided.
