Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a versatile Residential Maintenance Technician to oversee upkeep, repair, and preventative care for our residential properties.

You will troubleshoot daily maintenance requests, perform routine and emergency repairs, and ensure residents have a safe and comfortable place to live. This role requires 2+ years in property maintenance, skills in drywall, carpentry, basic electrical work, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in residential property maintenance or related trade.
• Proficiency in drywall repair, carpentry, drains, hardware, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• HVAC universal certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve routine and emergency maintenance requests.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants (make-ready, painting, locks, fixtures).
• Perform basic HVAC and systems maintenance.
• Conduct preventative property inspections for safety and wear.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal, assist with snow removal as needed.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major overhauls when required.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
