Job summary

Valiant-Enterprises-LLC is looking for an Assistant Maintenance to assist the maintenance supervisor and ensure the integrity of our properties. Responsibilities include managing service requests, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a basic set of tools. This role requires adaptability and the ability to travel within major metropolitan areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or related trade.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests made by residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Diagnose and perform routine maintenance on various property systems.

Skills

Basic knowledge of electricity

Plumbing skills

Carpentry skills

HVAC knowledge

Communication skills (English)

Bilingual in Spanish

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
