Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Electrical or HVAC certification a plus.
• Three (3) years of maintenance experience.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning and organization skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls day-to-day maintenance operations.
• Evaluate requests, set priorities and manage work assignments.
• Coordinate repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance with vendors and contractors.
• Hire contractors or subcontractors for specialized maintenance work.
• Maintain a network of outside vendors for cost-effective support.
• Schedule and manage work orders; assign tasks and ensure completion.
• Provide administrative assistance and manage tenant communications.
• Oversee inventory management and tool/equipment usage.
