Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee all service activities across our properties in Humble, TX. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely completion of work orders while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires extensive hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage vendors and schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 8 years of maintenance/repair experience with 3 years in apartment settings.
• Management experience is required.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• CPO certification is highly preferred.
• Proficient with basic software and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of service operations to meet goals.
• Complete/work orders including repairs on appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Train maintenance staff and foster professional growth.
• Assist Property Manager with recruitment and performance reviews.
• Oversee maintenance shop organization and property appearance.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
