Job summary

Roundhouse, Eureka, MT, is seeking an Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily maintenance operations of a multifamily property. You will supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure safety, efficiency, and readiness for residents.

The role requires 3+ years in property maintenance with leadership experience, strong building systems knowledge, and a focus on quality and safety. On-site, full-time position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of property maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and CPO systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, housekeepers, and groundskeepers through daily assignments, training, and quality control.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections for safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Run regular property, fire, pool, and annual inspections, resolving maintenance needs and code violations fast.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and storage organized, and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
• Manage make-ready schedules, unit turns, and vendor coordination for timely, high-quality move-ins.
