Student Quarters is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Berkeley House in College Station, TX. You will oversee maintenance operations, ensure safety and compliance, and lead a team to deliver high-quality service for residents.

Responsibilities include prioritizing service requests, supervising contractors, and maintaining preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life while controlling costs. A strong focus on customer service and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write in English for safety and productivity purposes.
• EPA Certification Type I and II required.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned property.
• Must pass a background check and a maintenance supervisor assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing a high-quality maintenance program and team.
• Prioritize and assign service requests to the maintenance staff.
• Monitor daily completion of requests and follow up on outstanding items.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program to extend asset life and reduce repairs.
• Manage maintenance inventory within budget guidelines.
• Supervise vendors and contract workers during turns and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare vacant units for marketing and ensure proper cleaning and restoration.
