Job summary

Sandalwood Gardens is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Fresno, CA to oversee the property’s maintenance staff and daily operations. You will supervise team members, schedule unit turns, manage repairs, and ensure curb appeal while coordinating with the Community Manager to meet occupancy goals.

You will conduct preventative maintenance, supervise vendors, and track all work orders in Yardi. A valid CA driver’s license and 3 years of related experience are required, with HVAC certifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years of experience in maintenance duties.
• Valid California driver’s license required or preferred.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) and EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff and operations.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and unit turns; ensure timely repairs.
• Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance.
• Track and manage work orders in Yardi; coordinate with vendors.
