Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager III to coordinate maintenance and repair work across multiple properties. You will schedule staff, oversee preventive maintenance, and manage safety programs to meet company standards.

The role requires overseeing a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with OSHA and local codes, and maintaining tools and inventories. Strong communication with residents and property teams is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Advanced computer skills to coordinate and respond to requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task‑oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.
• Assigning tasks to multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Using independent judgment, completes maintenance employee schedules and communicates assignments to maintenance staff.
• Participates in site staffing needs with the Community Manager.
• Assesses training needs of employees and coordinates training.
• Responsible for safety and skill training for all maintenance employees.
• Ensure all repairs/replacements are assigned and completed within company standards.
• Assist in ensuring that established preventive maintenance programs are implemented per BH guidelines.
• Responds to resident requests per company standards.
• Oversees inventory of tools and safety equipment.
