Qualifications

• Four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Up to 299 units in one community.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology to coordinate and respond to resident/management requests.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work independently and prioritizes tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedule maintenance staff and communicate assignments.
• Ensure safety training and property safety audits.
• Inspect property and grounds for maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Follow OSHA and local codes; apply BH policies and procedures.
• Maintain tools and assist with preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to resident requests and participate in on-call duties.
• Collaborate with Community Manager on staffing and training.
