Block Multifamily Group in Missouri is seeking a Service Manager to oversee maintenance operations, ensure safety, and optimize property performance across a community.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage vendors, handle budgeting, preventative maintenance, and respond to after‑hours emergencies to maintain high resident satisfaction and curb appeal. This on‑site role requires strong mechanical skills, on‑call availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal Certification required.
• CPO certification required for properties with pools.
• Willingness to be on call and respond to emergencies.
