Vista Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Plumber Technician I under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager.

The role leads maintenance activities, troubleshoots electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues, and supports unit turns, grounds maintenance, and preventative tasks across the apartment community. The position collaborates with management to meet occupancy goals, resident satisfaction, and high service standards, while ensuring safety and policy compliance in daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ experience performing duties of a Maintenance Technician or related field.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC CFC certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• EPA approved certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Maintenance Manager/Community Manager with daily maintenance activities per Vista policies.
• Mentor maintenance team in electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform maintenance repairs throughout property including common areas, resident, and vacant units.
• Manage all aspects of the work order process and track in Yardi.
• Ensure turns and maintenance tasks meet Vista Management standards.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment and assist with safety meetings.
