Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance operations across our multifamily communities. You will supervise maintenance staff, ensure safety, coordinate repairs, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years in maintenance, EPA 608 Type I/II, and a current CPO certification; strong leadership and communication are essential. Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years maintenance experience in multi-family housing preferred.
• EPA 608 Type I and II certifications and a current CPO certification are required.
• Ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be available days, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise all maintenance staff.
• Maintain safe, attractive community grounds.
• Inspect and repair community facilities and grounds.
• Coordinate lawn service and vendor work.
• Maintain the Community Compliance Manual.
• Respond promptly to resident repair requests.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Ensure proper trash removal and safety compliance.
• Attend meetings and safety trainings.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements.
