Job summary

Houston Dose is seeking a Turn Help responsible for maintenance processes of the property, including cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep. The role requires regular onsite attendance and includes maintaining community areas and responding to resident requests.

Education requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, and strong knowledge of Fair Housing Laws. The physical requirements of the job involve lifting heavy objects and working in varying environmental conditions.

The position offers a salary range of $10 to $13 per hour along with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes under the supervision of supervisors.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect grounds daily for hazardous conditions.
