Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a related field.
• EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community.
• Diagnose and perform minor or routine preventative maintenance.
• Inspect and help coordinate needed repairs after move out.
