Job summary

Rise Association Management Group in Houston, TX is seeking an On-Site Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance and uphold property conditions across client properties. You will handle painting, drywall repair, texture work, power washing, routine inspections, and manage work orders while coordinating with staff and residents.

A minimum of 2 years in facilities maintenance is required, with make-ready experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Make-ready experience including flooring, drywall work (tape, float, texture), painting, weather sealing doors and windows.
• Must communicate in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, and texture work.
• Power washing of exterior surfaces and debris removal.
• Place dumpsters on designated trash days and manage porter services.
• Complete general upkeep tasks and daily property walks; manage work orders and follow-ups.
