Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building, grounds, and amenities meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. This role involves completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, inventory management, and maintaining property exteriors.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, inspecting contractors' work, and supporting cost-control measures.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification required (Type 1, II or Universal).
• State/local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing through the make-ready process and inspects work.
• Obtains materials, tracks inventory, and informs supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation so service requests are tracked.
• Maintains grounds and common areas and supports cost-control by using parts efficiently.
• Inspects work and ensures safety and quality standards.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
