Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for a community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality of work. The role requires on-site presence, coordination of service requests, and adherence to EPA/OSHA standards.

A high school diploma and EPA/CPO certifications are required, HVAC experience preferred, with strong organizational and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community and its staff.
• Respond to service requests and manage work orders.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Supervise maintenance personnel and manage vendor relations.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to identify hazards and ensure upkeep.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Support on-call emergencies and respond to incidents.
