Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of property maintenance or equivalent.
• Ability to respond to on-call duty and emergencies as needed.
• Experience overseeing make-ready, inspections and vendor coordination would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine community upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant units including inspections, punch lists and scheduling vendors.
• Maintains community grounds, exteriors, interiors and common areas to meet high standards.
• Inspects work of team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Maintains inventory of parts and supplies and works with management to stay within budget.
