Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Explore Range Apartments in Bend, Oregon to lead daily maintenance operations and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring compliance with company policies and all regulations.

You will oversee work orders, respond swiftly to issues, and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks. Conduct pre-move in inspections and manage safety, costs, and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of maintenance experience in property management.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and regulations.
• Manage work orders and respond to service requests promptly.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and more.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections.
• Mentor the maintenance team; participate in emergencies and safety.
