Avenue5 Residential in Wilsonville, OR seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage budget adherence to protect resident safety and property value.

You will lead a maintenance team, respond to service requests, perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and coordinate emergencies, while mentoring staff and promoting a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least three years of experience in property management or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Review service requests, monitor progress, and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction through proactive management.
