Avenue5 Residential in Bend, OR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure physical upkeep of the property, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. You will work with the maintenance team to address service requests, manage safety and risk, and support budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance, plus strong leadership and guest service ethos.
