Job summary

Trinity Management Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general inspections, repairs, and pool care across properties in Gilbert, AZ. You will handle service requests, turns, and routine maintenance under supervision, ensuring safety and quality.

Strong communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager is essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of residential maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential property maintenance or equivalent experience.
• HVAC, EPA, OSHA Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service Requests completed within 48 hours.
• Organize and complete work orders based on priority (emergency vs. non-emergency).
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, pools, painting, electrical, irrigation, and carpentry.
• Maintain electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and perform minor building improvements.
• Respond to emergency calls within fifteen minutes when on-call.
